August 6, 2007, PXRE Group Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”)
announcing the Company’s results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. A copy of the Press Release

and Comprehensive Operations as of and for the six months ended June 30, 2007 (excluding
