REVIEW: Cincinnati Opera’s ‘Barber’ delights in a hilarious romp

A terrific cast of singing actors, hilarious staging and Rossini’s scintillating musical score resulted in a concoction of sheer perfection in Cincinnati Opera’s production of “The Barber of Seville,” which opened July 6 in Music Hall.
