Q&A: Bob Goodall on smart growth and Middle Tennessee's new housing game

The president of Goodall Homes spoke with the Business Journal about what's ahead for Middle Tennessee's housing market, and how small communities can plan for smart growth. "During Covid we saw this massive run up of prices … and a lack of inventory. That kind of ran its course and now we're starting new. A good analogy is it was like a forest fire. The fire burns through everything and then the regrowth starts."
