Vista Outdoor buying motocross gear maker Fox Racing for at least $540 million

Vista Outdoor Inc. said Wednesday it has agreed to buy Fox Racing, a California-based maker of apparel and equipment for the motocross, BMX and mountain-biking segments, in a deal that's worth at least $540 million.
