Pennsylvania advances one step closer to allowing driverless vehicles following passage of House bill

The bill now goes to the Pennsylvania Senate for further consideration and potential vote before it can be sent to the governor's desk for signage into law, an action Gov. Tom Wolf said he would do in April.
