As time went on, the site branched out to cover a variety of other power saws and offered comprehensive product reviews for new users.
But as of June 2022, the content from TBSS will join with content from DIY Spotlight to create a rebranded and revamped DIY site.
Under the new ownership of blogger and website investor Cam Russo, DIY Spotlight will shift its focus from product reviews to simple informational articles in the form of "how-tos" and DIY best practices with the goal of assisting everyday DIYers and new homeowners. The site's new format will be more user-friendly and accessible to everyone.
Cam Russo recognizes the challenges of changing a website's format but is confident that DIY Spotlight's new layout and content approach will surpass the Best Scroll Saw site first introduced two years ago.
