Katie Avila Loughmiller uplifting the community — and the arts

With a lifetime of being involved in the arts world, Katie Avila Loughmiller has used her platform to continuously uplift and work with other artists, specifically Latinx and artists of color. Within just a few months of moving to Milwaukee, she co-founded LUNA, Latinas Unidas en las Artes, with Gabriela Riveros.
