State of the Union: Biden touts courage of Ukraine, makes 'clear' US troops won't engage in conflict

President Biden, during his first State of the Union address, addressed Russia’s multi-front war on Ukraine, saying the courage of the Ukrainian people “inspires the world,” while making “clear” that U.S. troops would not be engaged in the conflict, but instead, will defend NATO allies in the event Russian President Vladimir Putin “decides to keep moving west.”
