Milwaukee-area builder first to roll out tool that lets buyers design and buy homes online

Harbor Homes of Pewaukee partnered with Anewgo Inc. of North Carolina to launch its new iDesign tool. It also hired Milwaukee-area technology consultant Brad Blaney.
