The improved product is a culmination of feedback from Candor's early users, investors, and staff, and has been in development for the last several months.
With Candor, users complete, source and view assessments (known as Takes) for themselves and prospective managers and colleagues. These Takes leverage a set of 18 key leadership competencies and other user-supplied information to create a custom Profile Graph, a visual representation of someone's working style. As millions of office workers evaluate their current positions and other opportunities during the Great Resignation, these Takes help tech talent get an understanding of teams they may join, as well as share insights into their working style.
Users can now sign up for a free account where they can complete their self-assessment, request feedback from current and former coworkers, and create their personalized Profile Graph.
