The 2021 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards recognize organizations that have successfully deployed programs, strategies, processes, systems, and tools with measurable results in learning and development. Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based on criteria including program design, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.

- Silver in “Best Program for Sales Training and Performance” for its Associate Financial Advisor Business Development Program.
- Bronze in “Best Use of Performance Support” for its Source of Knowledge user guide, which defines actions to drive performance support improvements for the Ameriprise Advisor Contact Center.
