Ethernity Issues Hall of Fame Quarterback Dan Marino NFT Collection

MIAMI, FL / ACCESSWIRE / September 17, 2021 / Ethernity Chain is pleased to announce a new limited-edition NFT collection featuring NFL superstar Dan Marino. One of the sport's greatest quarterbacks deserves to be commemorated on the blockchain as a legendary drop. Dan Marino embodies the Ethernity vision: authenticity, grit, and determination combined with super talent and a forward-looking approach.

Ethernity is known for releasing limited-edition NFT collections that strike a chord with a global audience. Dedicating a legendary drop to Dan Marino illustrates that point perfectly. Marino was the first NFL quarterback to surpass 50,000 and 60,00 career yards, resulting in over 400 touchdowns.

Today, Dan "the Man" Marino resides in Miami, one of the world's leading crypto-centric cities. With the help of Yoni Sonis - aka Yonson - the NFT collection will maintain its Miami angle. Sonis is known for being a 3D artist exploring the theme of human connection in a digital realm. His artworks span multiple industries and segments, including music, print, fashion, and corporate. Sonis has worked with Sony Music, Nike, EDC Las Vegas, Dubfire, the Bitcoin Conference, and many other partners in the past.

The Dan Marino NFT collection will span five different cards. The first NFT, dubbed "Dan Marino: A Dolphin Forever" is priced at $5000 and available for 48 hours with a quantity of 13 units. In addition, one lucky buyer of the NFT will receive a signed Dan Marino Miami Dolphins jersey. As Marino is entwined with the team from South Florida and his philanthropic efforts in the region, it makes for an appealing collectible artwork.

The second NFT, dubbed "Dan the Man" is priced at $999 and spans 130 units, features Marino's helm with the iconic number 13. In addition, one buyer of the NFT will receive a signed helmet by Dan Marino, to be drawn through a raffle.

Ethernity will issue three sets of NFT trading cards involving Dan Marino, created by Visual Lab.

The Legendary set, priced at $350 and 413 of 500 units still available, captures Marino at peak performance during a throwing motion. Ethernity has issued multiple cards of current and former legendary athletes. Holders of the Legendary edition will be part of the airdrop of the "Epic" edition card. Additionally, one buyer of the Legendary card will receive a signed football by Dan Marino.

The Epic Edition of the card is priced at $50, and there are 1,300 out of 1,500 units available. It depicted Dan Marino in 1999. In addition, buyers of the Legendary and/or Epic card will receive an exclusive "Common" NFT edition of Dan Marino. That airdrop concludes after the initial sale completes.

The collaboration between Ethernity, Dan Marino, Yonson, and Visual Lab marks another crucial milestone in the NFT industry. As one of the most recognizable NFL quarterbacks in history, Marino's legacy will live on forever. Creating blockchain-based collectibles and artwork to commemorate such a prominent career ensures future generations will be able to see "Dan the Man'' in action.
