Dr. Samuel Baxter is the latest orthopedic surgeon to join the medical staff at Arkansas Surgical Hospital.
Dr. Baxter focuses on hip and knee surgery, performing procedures such as arthroplasty, arthroscopy, and revision total joint replacements.
