Speciality toy and sweets shop joins lineup at Park Road Shopping Center

“I’m looking to give you a different type of service and that atmosphere of having fun," says Dan Weiss, owner of Harper & Skyler’s Toys & Sweets. He expects to open that store this fall at Park Road Shopping Center.
