Who Charlotte City Council wants to see on advisory boards for 2040 plan

Charlotte City Council on Monday formally established two advisory boards to help it steer the recently adopted 2040 comprehensive plan, which serves as a blueprint for growth and development in the Queen City over the next two decades.
