MnDOT dropping MnPass, using E-Z Pass instead for toll highway lanes

MnPass, the toll payment system used by drivers to pay for access to toll express lanes on Minnesota highways, will be replaced this summer by E-Z Pass, a similar offering that's used in many other states.
