Oil loses ground ahead of Russia decision on whether to back OPEC+ production cut

Oil futures turn lower Thursday as traders await Russia’s decision on whether to back a plan that would see OPEC and its allies cut output by 1.5 million barrels a day in response to the coronavirus.
