N.C. joins lawsuit against generic drug makers

North Carolina is joining in a lawsuit lobbed against 20 of the country's largest generic drug makers – targeting an alleged conspiracy that rigged prices to unreasonable amounts more than 1,000 percent of cost over recent years.
