Mooradian’s career includes several high-profile cases that underscore his legal prowess. In 2019, he successfully prosecuted Michelle Hall, resulting in her conviction for felony murder in a case that drew significant public attention. More recently, in 2022, he secured a conviction for RICO violations in the trial of Kevin Adams, further solidifying his reputation as a formidable litigator. He has also presented oral arguments before the Georgia Supreme Court in landmark cases such as State v. Randall and Langley v. State.
Prior to joining The Cummins Firm, Mooradian served as Chief Deputy Assistant District Attorney for the Coweta Judicial Circuit. In this role, he led numerous initiatives, including the creation of a Pretrial Diversion Program, the implementation of the Prosecuting Attorney Counsel’s Tracked e-Discovery (TED) system, and the supervision of appellate cases throughout the circuit. His leadership extended to mentoring new assistant district attorneys and overseeing the development of the office’s website and social media platforms.
Mooradian has spent years learning the intricacies of prosecution and appellate law, and he is ready to apply that knowledge to help people navigate the criminal justice system. Mooradian’s educational background includes a B.A. in Legal Studies from U.C. Berkeley and a J.D. from Georgia State University’s College of Law. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
