ADVICUM Consulting provided professional support to ISS Austria in its acquisition of the FRANYE Group, successfully completing another significant transaction in the building services sector. With this acquisition, ISS Austria is taking a clear step toward growth in technical facility management and strengthening its position as the market leader in Austria.
ISS Austria is the leading provider of integrated facility services and manages more than 15,000 facilities throughout Austria with over 300 technical experts. With the integration of FRANYE, ISS is pursuing a clear strategy: to expand its technical business and position itself among the top three in technical facility management. The FRANYE Group, consisting of Franye Klimatechnik, Franye OT, Franye Gebäudetechnik, and Wellair, generated sales of around €25 million in 2024 and employs approximately 150 people. FRANYE brings comprehensive expertise in the fields of air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary engineering, as well as project management and installation. ISS Austria complements this know-how with the strength of the market leader, an international perspective, and a broad service portfolio. Together, they form a strong partner for technical building services.
