(NewMediaWire) - February 10, 2022 - Today BrewBilt Brewing Company (the "Company") (OTCPINK: BRBL) announced that it has submitted the conceptual plan for its Phase II brewery/taproom/restaurant concept.
CEO Jef Lewis stated, "The Company has had several productive meetings with the City of Grass Valley and project developer Castle Companies regarding a 12-acre parcel of land to construct a 70,000-square foot commercial brewery, tap room, restaurant, beer garden, and ‘brewseum.’”
Mr. Lewis further stated, "The Company hired Siteline Architecture for design and SCO Planning, Engineering & Surveying for civil engineering to prepare the concept for the developer and for the City of Grass Valley. The company submitted the concept last week.”
For the new facility, the Company will apply for a Type 1 (Beer Manufacturer) license from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, which will allow the Company to brew more than 60,000 bbls per year with a revenue potential of over $25 million. The Company will require additional financing to complete the project.
