It is Said that back in 2021 A Jerk spot located in Seaview Gardens across from Zoukie Trucking company in Kingston, Jamaica operated by Christina Willams is one of the hottest but most reliable food source within its location up until now serving not only exquisite but also the most well-seasoned to the bone Jerk chicken to her customers ranging from community members, passing customers, persons coming from events who needs a refill after having tremendous fun along with a booze overload.
In addition, to that Christina says it is not easy being an entrepreneur, but she is enduring the process for one day she wants to open her own restaurant with it pulling her own crowd having cuisines that will be separate from the competition of Food Stores in Jamaica, Furthermore said being a woman in the business industry as a C.E.O is very challenging at times but is warm welcoming when it comes to serving persons food getting compliments of the taste and smell from buyers, On the other hand within the next five(5) years I would like to open at least two branches one located in Negril and one in Kingston Jamaica the island of which I am born. My encouragement to other women out there within the Chef section of business is work hard, stay focus, avoid distractions but keep friends and business different with putting God before what you do in everything you do while trusting the process patience with planning is key but with calculated risks. I started business in 2020 and here I am still not giving up on my dream/ goal of owning a restaurant.
