Damon Silvestry is the new CEO of Spectrum Health Science and SimplyTest.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning operations, commercial strategy, supply chain and organizational transformation, Silvestry brings a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency across health and science industries. Most recently, Silvestry served as Chief Operating Officer at Caelum Diagnostics, a company developing real-time biopsy diagnostics powered by advanced imaging and AI. Its mission, “Finding Cancer Faster,” centers on delivering biopsy results in minutes rather than days, transforming the patient experience and accelerating clinical decision-making. He has also held executive roles at Progenity, Natera, Caris Life Sciences, Miraca Life Sciences and Ellie Diagnostics, where he led large-scale teams, delivered significant operational improvements and championed Lean Six Sigma practices.
