John Zamora is a Miami-based senior partner with extensive leadership and client experience in serving large, complex global public and private equity clients among the Fortune 500. As a senior client partner, John has worked with his clients to deliver financial audits, accounting advisory, transformational consulting services, and transaction services in connection with M&A. John also has extensive financial accounting, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and capital markets experience. By virtue of his client service roles and Deloitte leadership positions, he has strong boardroom experience and an extensive global and US network that allows him to access the deep resources of Deloitte, which have provided him the opportunity to participate in countless board and audit committee meetings, sharing his perspectives with client leaders across a wide range of industries, emerging topics, and leading practices in board governance. At Deloitte, John has held numerous executive-level positions involving the development and implementation of financial strategy, including business plans to drive profitable growth; talent and leadership development; and US and global industry eminence.

Other senior leadership roles held by Zamora include a former board member Deloitte & Touche LLP, Chief Operating Officer and national managing partner for the East region business. John also held the Chief Diversity Officer role for Deloitte LLP reporting directly to the US CEO, where he drove a transformative diversity & inclusion strategy as a business imperative and during his leadership Deloitte rose to the Top 10 in Diversity Inc’s top companies for diversity list along with being recognized as a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For.
