Amanda Gustafson, Executive Director, Big Bend Hospice

With over 18 years of non-profit leadership experience, Amanda will oversee the day-to-day operations of Big Bend Hospice. Her role will focus on ensuring hospice care remains aligned with patient goals, while strengthening relationships and focusing on excellent service with community partners. Amanda’s previous experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Adoray Home Health and Hospice in Baldwin, Wisconsin. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Capella University and is pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Grand Canyon University. Amanda is a Certified Hospice Administrator recognized by the National Board for Home Care and Hospice Certification.

Nicole Holm, Chief Compliance Officer, Seven Oaks Health

With more than a decade of healthcare compliance experience, Nicole will support regulatory changes at Big Bend Hospice amidst the evolving healthcare landscape. Her efforts will contribute to establishing Seven Oaks Health as a leader in chronic and serious illness care.

Nicole most recently served as Compliance Director for Post-Acute Services at Sanford Health/Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She holds an MBA from the University of Sioux Falls and has demonstrated exceptional leadership in ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple healthcare sectors.
