Physicians Realty Trust Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend and Announces Date for the First Quarter 2022 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s Board of Trustees has authorized, and the Company has declared, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per common share and unit for the quarter ending March 31, 2022. “We are proud to declare and pay our 35th consecutive quarterly dividend. Our focus remains on maintaining a disciplined capital allocation for the benefit of our shareholders and stakeholders who put their faith in our team. The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2022, to common shareholders and unit holders of record on March 31, 2022.

Earnings Release and Conference Call Information

The Company announced it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022, before the market opens on May 4, 2022, and will hold a conference call on this day at 10:00 a.m. ET to discuss the financial results and provide a company update.
