This amendment to Schedule 13G relates to Globalstar, Inc. (the “Issuer”).

This amendment to Schedule 13G is being filed by Kenneth D. Peterson Jr. (“Peterson”) and Columbia Ventures Corporation (“Columbia” and, collectively with Peterson, the “Reporting Persons”). Peterson is the sole shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia.
