Dufry Complies with the Final Ruling of the International Court of Arbitration

Mexico City, August 9, 2005, Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A. de C.V. (NYSE: ASR; BMV: ASUR) (ASUR) today announced that yesterday, Dufry Mexico, S.A. de C.V. has paid the US$4 million award owed to ASUR as a result of a final ruling by the International Court of Arbitration in April.

As previously announced, ASUR had initiated arbitration proceedings with Dufry in 2004 in order to settle a dispute over amounts owed by Dufry for the operation of its duty-free stores in the Cancun airport.
