Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 30, 2003 the Company filed its monthly operating report for the
period of September 5, 2003 through September 30, 2003 (the "Operating Report")
with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida - Orlando
Division - the ("Bankruptcy Court"). Copies of the operating report may be
obtained from the Bankruptcy Court's website located at
http://www.flmp.uscourts.gov/.
