Item 5. Other Events.
The Company had common stock purchase warrants outstanding covering 4,887,185 shares of common stock with an expiration date of June 21, 2002, and an exercise price of $3.92 per share. Prior to expiration, holders exercised warrants covering an aggregate of 2,389,890 shares, with the Company receiving $9,368,368.80 from the exercises before expenses; warrants for the remaining 2,497,295 shares expired on June 21, 2002.
