Other Events On July 14, 2004, BNP Residential Properties, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has agreed to sell 1,420,000 shares of common stock at a price of $12.50 per share to a number of institutional investors pursuant to a public offering. The transaction is expected to close on Monday, July 19, 2004. The closing is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory actions outside of the control of the Company. The Company expects to use the net proceeds to fund future acquisitions, repay bank debt and for general corporate purposes.
