On May 14, 2010, John Morton informed the Company of his intention to resign from his position as President of the Company’s Business Solutions division and as an officer of Hickory Tech Corporation on or about May 28, 2010. He has agreed to continue to be available to assure an orderly transition of his responsibilities.
