Other Events.
On June 6, 2008, Eugene W. Landy, Chairman, and the management team presented an overview of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation. (the Company) at REITWeek 2008: NAREIT's Investor Forum held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, New York. Furnished herein are the opening remarks of this presentation. These opening remarks will also be available on the Company’s website at http://www.mreic.com.
Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation is a publicly owned real estate investment trust specializing in net-leased industrial properties. The Company’s equity portfolio consists of fifty-seven industrial properties and one shopping center located in twenty-five states. In addition, the Company owns a portfolio of REIT securities.
