Attached is the
English translation of the summary of the letter dated September 3,
2018, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires
and the Comisión Nacional de
Valores.
By letter dated
September 3, 2018, the company reported that continuing with the
instructions given by the Commissioner of Capital Markets,
Insurance and Savings of Israel to the Trustee regarding the
guidelines related to the sale of Clal shares, it is reported that
on August 30, 2018, IDBD has sold 5% of its stake in Clal through a
swap transaction, in accordance with the same principles that
applied to the swap transaction made and informed to the market on
2017 and 2018.
The transaction was
set at an amount of approximately NIS 173.0 million. After the
completion of the transaction, IDBD’s stake in Clal was
reduced to 29.8% of its share capital. In addition, IDBD is
entitled to a potencial result, in the framework of swap
transactions, which amounts to 25% of Clal's
shares.
