Item 5.02 Departure of Directors of Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
(b) On December 8, 2017, Tim G. Taylor, President of Phillips 66 Partners GP LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of Phillips 66 Partners LP (the “Partnership”) informed the General Partner and the Partnership of his intention to retire from his position with the General Partner and as a member of the Board of Directors of the General Partner effective December 31, 2017.
