Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 17, 2013, Michael L. Duckett, who was the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, resigned from the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Duckett’s resignation was not related to, and is not expected to materially impact, the financial performance of the Company. Mr. Duckett’s former responsibilities will be absorbed by the Company’s other officers.
