Item 7.01 Regulation of FD Disclosure.
On May 14, 2010, CrowdGather, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release to announce the Registrant will be presenting at the Source Capital Group Small Cap Virtual Conference at 2:00pm EDT on May 19, 2010. A copy of the release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the Powerpoint presentation to be displayed in connection with the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
