ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On May 25, 2006, Service Corporation International issued a press release
announcing it received a request for additional information and materials from
the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in connection with its proposed merger with
Alderwoods Group, Inc.
