Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 4, 2019, Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive topline results of its pilot Phase 2 study of netarsudil ophthalmic solution in a Japanese-American population. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.

On or after January 4, 2019, representatives of the Company may present to various investors the information about the topline results of its clinical pilot study described in the slides attached to this report as Exhibit 99.2 hereto, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
