Based upon representations made by the Company’s suppliers, L.B. Foster Company is unable to conclude, for some of its products, whether or not the origin of the conflict minerals used in its products during calendar year 2015 were sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries (as defined by Rule 13p-1) or come from recycled or scrap sources.
