ERICSSON’S NOMINATION COMMITTEE APPOINTED

The Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) 2011 has been appointed in accordance with the procedure resolved by the AGM 2010.

The Nomination Committee consists of:
