On January 23, 2009, First California Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that First California Bank, the Company’s banking subsidiary, had entered into an agreement with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to assume insured, non-brokered deposits of 1st Centennial Bank, Redlands, California.
