Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

The Registrant amended its bylaws effective August 16, 2007 to require that certain additional information be provided for director nominees and for stockholders proposing to nominate a director. A copy of the amendment is filed as Exhibit 3.2 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
