The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01, “Regulation FD Disclosure.”

On November 29, 2006, Alain J. P. Belda, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alcoa Inc. (“Alcoa”), gave a presentation on the strength of the aluminum industry and Alcoa at the Bear Stearns Commodities and Capital Goods Conference in New York, New York, beginning at approximately 8:30 a.m. Due to technical difficulties with the audio portion of the live webcast presentation, listeners may not have been able to hear the live presentation. A transcript of Mr. Belda’s presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
