On June 24, 2005, SunGard Data Systems Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the date of its 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
Stockholders of record of the Company as of June 17, 2005 may submit nominations and other business for consideration at the 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders if such nominations or business satisfy the requirements of the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws and are received in writing by the Company’s Secretary no later than July 4, 2005.
