(b)        On January 21, 2010, First Data Corporation announced that as part of the company's ongoing globalization, the position of President, International is being eliminated. In order to increase operating efficiencies and accelerate product commercialization, the International business will now be aligned with the company's two global lines of business: Financial Services, and Retail and Alliance Services. As a result, David G. Yates, the current President, International is leaving the Company effective January 31, 2010. The company does not currently intend to revise its segment reporting structure.
