On December 22, 2008, the Board of Directors of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (the "Company") amended the RR Donnelley Savings Plan to suspend Company matching and equalization contributions with respect to compensation paid on or after January 1, 2009, except where such contributions are required by the terms of collective bargaining or similar agreements.
