PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE
FILING OF AN AMENDED SUPPLEMENTAL SHELF
OFFERING REPORT FOR THE OFFERING OF NOTES
IN ISRAEL AND NEW DATES FOR THE PUBLIC BID
ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, April 21, 2010 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that pursuant to the Supplemental Shelf Offering Report filed by the Company ("Offering Report"), with the Israeli Securities Authority ("ISA") and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. ("TASE") on April 15, 2010, and pursuant to the Company's announcement on April 18, 2010 with respect to the non-completion of the public bid process on the dates specified in the Offering Report, the Company has filed today an amended Supplemental Shelf Offering Report ("Amended Offering Report") with the ISA and TASE.
The Amended Offering Report includes amendments which primarily relate to the changing of the public bid dates and the updating of "Recent Developments" as described in the Amended Offering Report and in accordance with the Company's announcements dated April 18 2010. The public bid is now expected to be held on April 22, 2010. All other terms of the offering, as described in the Company's announcement of April 15, 2010, will remain unchanged.
The consummation of the Public Offering and its terms are subject to market conditions. Accordingly, there is no assurance at this stage that the Public Offering will be completed.
The Public Offering is made in Israel to residents of Israel only.
