Check Point Software Shareholders Approve all Proposals at
2007 Annual General Meeting

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., – September 4, 2007 – Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that shareholders approved all three proposals presented at the 2007 Annual General Meeting. Approximately 166 million shares, representing approximately 75 percent of the shares outstanding as of the record date, were voted at the meeting.
