On December 2, 2004, RITA Medical Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“RITA”), announced that eighteen month survival statistics of the RAPTURE lung cancer clinical trial were reported this week at the Radiological Society of North American 90th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting in Chicago. A copy of RITA’s press release announcing the results of this trial and
other trial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
